Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms while meeting hotel brand standards and providing an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.

• Change bed linens, make beds, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.

• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and readiness for arriving guests.

• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and missing amenities to the appropriate department.

• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

• Properly handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, linens, and supplies.

• Respond professionally to guest requests and communicate special needs to management.

• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.

• Follow lost-and-found procedures and protect guest privacy and belongings.

• Complete assigned rooms within established timeframes while maintaining quality standards.

• Work cooperatively with the housekeeping team, Front Desk, and Engineering.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to follow instructions and established hotel procedures.

• Professional attitude and good communication skills.

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.

• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with housekeeping, with reasonable accommodations as required by law.
