The Sales & Events Services Coordinator at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick and The Verve Hotel Boston-Natick will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all sales and event-related activities for the sales teams at both locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales inquiries and bookings for events
  • Coordinate with clients for event planning and execution
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet revenue goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist in marketing and promoting events hosted at the hotel
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client communications

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales or event planning a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Previous Hotel Services/Hospitality experience preferred
