Responsibilities:

• Performing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Assisting housekeeping staff in restocking supplies and linens
• Removing trash and dirty linens from rooms and common areas
• Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction
• Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and banquet events

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Physical stamina to handle various cleaning equipment and tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Available to work weekends and holidays
