We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring excellent customer service for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front desk staff and ensure they provide exceptional service
  • Manage reservation and check-in/check-out processes
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Train new front desk employees
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
