Your Mission

Your primary goal is to ensure every guest leaves our dealership feeling confident, empowered, and excited about their new Lexus.

• The Master Class: Conduct personalized vehicle deliveries, specializing in the setup of Lexus Interface systems, Safety System+ 3.0, and hybrid energy monitors.

• The Troubleshooter: Act as the dealership’s "Genius Bar," resolving guest inquiries regarding digital keys, wireless integration (Apple CarPlay/Android Auto), and over-the-air updates.

• The Brand Scholar: Maintain expert-level knowledge of the entire Lexus lineup—from the performance-bred IS to the sophisticated RX 350h.

• Internal Educator: Serve as the subject matter expert for the sales team, providing "tech-briefs" on new model year features and software changes.

• Operational Support: Assist management with inventory flow, off-site deliveries, and maintaining the premium presentation of our showroom fleet.

What We’re Looking For

• Communication Artistry: The ability to explain complex technical features (like Dynamic Radar Cruise Control or Advanced Park) in a simple, engaging way.

• The "Lexus Standard": Professional appearance and a high-energy, "guest-first" mentality.

• Problem-Solving DNA: You don't just see a tech glitch; you see a puzzle to solve.

• Commitment: Must be available to work Saturdays (our busiest and most rewarding delivery day).

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (Required).

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but we will provide world-class training for the right candidate from the tech or hospitality industries.
