Automotive Registration and Title Clerk

Haddad Subaru is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Automotive Registration and Title Clerk to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of vehicle registrations and titles, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing outstanding support to our customers and dealership staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit vehicle registration and title documents to the appropriate state agencies.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and filings related to vehicle titles and registrations.
• Communicate with customers, state agencies, and finance departments to resolve any issues related to vehicle paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and dealership policies regarding vehicle registrations and titles.
• Assist sales and service departments as needed with documentation and administrative support.
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and procedures affecting vehicle registration and titling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive or administrative fields is a plus.
• Previous experience with vehicle registration and title processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
