Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments for sales staff and follow up with customers to confirm
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly
• Assist in lead generation and qualification to support the sales team
• Provide timely responses to customer questions regarding vehicle availability, financing, and promotions
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in automotive sales or BDC preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
