Job Summary

The Dual Licensed Massage Therapist/Esthetician position at Hacienda Del Sol Resort is an excellent opportunity to work in the serene surroundings of an award-winning resort spa. This part-time role offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. As a Dual Licensed Massage Therapist/Esthetician, you will work closely with the Spa team to welcome guests and provide exceptional massage and esthetic services to create an outstanding guest experience. 

Responsibilities
• Provide massage services, including body and spa treatments
• Provide esthetic services, including customized facials, skincare, and body treatments
• Provide specialized skincare treatments, including dermaplaning, LED therapy, exfoliation, and facial enhancements
• Conduct guest consultations and skin analysis to determine appropriate treatments based on individual needs and preferences
• Educate guests on proper skincare and recommend appropriate skincare products and additional services
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service practices
• Create and maintain a clean, relaxing, and inviting atmosphere
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and tools according to sanitation, disinfection, and safety standards
• Manage client bookings effectively and efficiently
• Suggest and recommend upgrades, retail products, and additional services
• Follow correct procedures for billing and collection
• Maintain knowledge of skincare products, massage techniques, and spa treatment protocols
• Work collaboratively with the front desk and spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience 


Requirements
• Must possess valid Arizona massage therapy and esthetician licenses
• At least one year of professional massage therapy experience
• At least one year of professional esthetics experience
• Certification in multiple massage modalities preferred
• Knowledge of facial, skincare, body treatment, and massage techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, and safety protocols
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and their appropriate use
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a resort or luxury spa environment preferred
