Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Hacienda Del Sol Resort in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring outstanding guest experiences by overseeing daily restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards, and supporting our team in delivering exceptional hospitality. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Assist in training, mentoring, and developing restaurant team members
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to optimize guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Support management in scheduling and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
