Your Responsibilities

As a Client Relations Representative, you'll be an important part of our customer experience team, meeting with homeowners and helping them explore solutions to improve their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Attending company-scheduled appointments with homeowners.

• Conducting basic in-home quality assessments using company-provided training and equipment.

• Educating customers about our Canadian-made home improvement and water treatment products.

• Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Building positive relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Representing H2O4Life professionally and maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for positive, dependable individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are eager to develop new skills.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• A reliable work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.

• Reliable personally owned transportation is required to get to and from scheduled appointments.

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is an asset but is not required. We provide comprehensive paid training to help you succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation of $50,000–$60,000, including base salary, bonuses, and incentives.
