HelloGym provides U.S-based call-answering, lead-nurturing, and growth services to more than 800 fitness facilities across North America. To keep pace, we need proven phone closers—experienced sellers who can speak the language of gym owners and book revenue-generating demos at scale.

What You’ll Do

• 200+ outbound calls per day inside GoHighLevel’s click-to-call workspace.

• Book 25–30 qualified demos each month directly on the closer’s GoHighLevel calendar.

• Maintain spotless CRM hygiene—every lead fully dispositioned, every note clear.

• Consistently hit or exceed top-of-funnel KPIs: 5 % connects · 10 % booking rate · 60 % show rate.

• Hone your talk-track through weekly AutoMatdo call-coaching sessions.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B phone sales (SDR, ISR, or AE)—not just customer-service experience.

• Native-level English fluency and a clear, professional phone presence.

• Located in the United States and authorized to work here.

• Proven history of 200+ dials/day and 20+ demos booked/month.

• Solid CRM discipline—familiar with GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

• Dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+) and USB headset.

Nice-to-Haves

• Background selling to the fitness industry or franchise owners.

• Experience with multi-line or power dialers (PhoneBurner, Orum, etc.).

• Success selling SaaS or subscription services to small-business owners.

• Ramp to $4.5 k–$6 k OTE per month within 60–90 days.
