Service Department Porter

Gwinnett Place Nissan is seeking a dedicated and reliable Service Department Porter to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role is essential in supporting the service department by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Move and park customer vehicles within the service department area safely and efficiently
• Shuttle or pick up customers within specific radius of dealership location.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department, including waiting areas, service bays, and parking lots
• Assist service technicians with vehicle preparation and retrieval
• Ensure all vehicles are delivered to customers in a clean and presentable condition
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned to help maintain excellent operational flow

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles proficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
