We are currently expanding our Business Development Center (BDC) and are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, texts, internet leads)
• Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Help drive dealership traffic and sales growth

• Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required)
• Driven, goal-oriented, and coachable
