Parts Associate-Counterperson

Description of the Role:

The Parts Counter Person at Gwinnett Place Nissan in Duluth, Georgia is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance in the parts department. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating and ordering parts
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding parts availability

• Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper storage of parts

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a parts counter role
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use inventory management software
