We’re looking for an experienced Ford-Certified Master Automotive Technician to become a key part of our service team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing advanced mechanical issues, performing a wide range of vehicle services, and delivering outstanding service to our customers. The ideal applicant will bring extensive automotive expertise and a strong commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a broad range of mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks on different types of vehicles promptly and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced mechanical problems using specialized diagnostic equipment.
  • Document all work completed with precise and thorough repair notes.
  • Perform all services to meet or exceed OEM guidelines and quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry developments by participating in ongoing training and certification programs.
  • Clearly explain repair work and service recommendations to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Work closely with the service department to keep the workspace clean, orderly, and efficient.
  • Follow all safety procedures and comply with workplace safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ford certification or comparable manufacturer credentials are a plus.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, with preference given to those holding Master Technician status.
  • In-depth understanding of vehicle systems, mechanical functions, and parts.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive issues.
  • Skilled in using modern diagnostic tools and related service equipment.
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and staying productive in a high-volume shop environment.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and remain on your feet for hours.
