Job Summary:
The Esthetician is responsible for providing exceptional facial and skincare treatments in accordance with spa protocols and service standards. The ideal candidate is professional, licensed, highly skilled in skincare, and passionate about guest service and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform facials, peels, waxing, and other skincare treatments as outlined in the spa menu.
• Conduct thorough consultations to determine guest needs and recommend appropriate services and skincare products.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and stocked for each service.
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with state regulations and spa protocols.
• Build guest loyalty through exceptional service, personalized treatment, and product recommendations.
• Accurately document treatments and client notes in spa software systems.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry trends and techniques.
• Collaborate with spa team members to support a seamless and welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State Esthetician License required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Proficient in a variety of facial techniques, product knowledge, and skin analysis.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• May be exposed to various spa products, essential oils, and treatment room conditions.
• Ability to work in a calm and focused manner in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $16.50-$16.50 per hour plus commission
