Grubbs Family of Dealerships
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year based on experience.

About the Role
Grubbs Family of Dealerships is seeking a creative, organized, and driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute social media efforts across multiple dealership locations. This role will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand voice, supporting dealership initiatives, and helping drive engagement through relevant and timely content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts across the Grubbs Family of Dealerships, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns, dealership events, OEM initiatives, and community engagement opportunities

  • Create original, engaging content while also curating and adapting OEM-provided assets for local use in alignment with Grubbs brand standards

  • Repurpose and optimize content across platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and performance

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (photographers, videographers, and dealership staff) to capture authentic dealership and customer content

Reporting & Optimization

  • Provide monthly performance reports to leadership, including:

    • Social media performance (growth, reach, engagement, and top-performing content)

    • Reputation trends (average star rating, review response rate, and sentiment analysis)

    • Key wins, opportunities, and areas of concern

  • Use insights and data to continuously refine content strategy and improve overall performance

Skills & Proficiencies

  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter)

  • Familiarity with social scheduling and management tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)

  • Experience in content creation, basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe), and brand storytelling

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, particularly in public-facing interactions

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations, priorities, and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-starter who can manage multiple accounts without constant direction

  • Someone who understands both content creation and execution

  • A team player who can collaborate with dealership staff and leadership

  • A candidate who can bring a local, authentic voice to dealership marketing—not just repost generic content
