The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced, compliant, and customer-focused Finance Manager (F&I) to guide customers through the financing process and maximize back-end gross while delivering a clean, transparent experience. We expect strong production and 100% compliance — never one at the expense of the other.

What You’ll Do

  • Present financing options, products, and protection plans to every customer using a consistent, menu-based process
  • Structure deals to maximize front and back gross while keeping every transaction fully compliant and transparent
  • Secure competitive lender approvals, manage lender relationships, and work to get tough deals bought
  • Ensure all paperwork — contracts, disclosures, funding documents — is accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Maintain strong per-copy averages and product penetration across the board
  • Deliver a no-pressure, fully disclosed experience that protects CSI and earns repeat business
  • Keep contracts in transit current and ensure deals fund quickly
  • Stay current on lending, compliance, and regulatory requirements and protect the store from liability

What We’re Looking For

  • Automotive F&I experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of strong per-copy and product penetration
  • Thorough knowledge of F&I compliance and lender requirements
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • High integrity and a customer-first approach
  • Clean driving record and background
