REFERRAL CAREGIVERS & LIVE- INS - PHILADELPHIA

 Referral & Live-In Opportunities 

We are actively seeking: 

• Experienced Hourly Caregivers(4–40 hours per week) 

• Live-In Caregivers(Philadelphia & additional branch locations) 

Client needs vary from short shifts (4–12 hours) to full weekly schedules. We do our best to“stack” casesto help you reach your desired weekly hour goals. 

Many families need support quickly — sometimes within 24 hours — so flexibility and timely decision-making are essential.  

 Compensation & Benefits 

• $17–$22 per hour(based on experience and client needs)

 The Work You’ll Do 

Provide non-medical home care including: 

• Personal care assistance 

• Companionship and emotional support 

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation 

• Transportation to appointments & errands 

• Creative engagement to support mental and physical well-being 

We are especially looking for caregivers who bring initiative and creativity — individuals who see beyond tasks and genuinely invest in the well-being of those they serve. 

Shifts typically range between8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., with some overnight opportunities available.  

 Requirements 

• Minimum2 years of eldercare experience(home or facility) 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Authorized to work in the U.S. 

• Clean criminal background check 

• Reliable personal vehicle & valid car insurance
