Griswold Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping people. If you’re someone who finds purpose in making another person’s day a little easier, we’d love to welcome you to our team.

WHAT YOUR DAYS MIGHT LOOK LIKE

As a Griswold caregiver, you’ll provide personalized support to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. Every client is different, so your day may include:

• Helping with personal care and everyday routines
• Preparing a favorite meal or helping with light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Helping clients stay safe and comfortable at home
• Offering medication reminders
• Accompanying clients to appointments or errands, when needed
• Keeping the Griswold team informed about your client’s needs

THE KIND OF PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Caring, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable working one-on-one with seniors
• A good listener and communicator
• Respectful of each client’s routines, preferences, and independence
• Able to work independently while staying connected with the Griswold team
• Reliable and committed to showing up for clients
• CPR Certified - required
• CNA/GNA, CMT certified - preferred but not required
• Able to provide reliable transportation, a valid driver's and current insurance and registration details
