As an independent contractor, you may appreciate:

• Ability to negotiate your pay based on your experience, marketing research indicates fair rate at $16.50.

Caregiver Requirements:

• Driver's License
• Criminal Background and child abuse clearances 
• Car Insurance
• TB Test or Chest Xray
