Build a career in HR while helping create an exceptional employee experience

Griswold is looking for an organized, people-focused, and tech-savvy People & Culture Coordinator to join our Home Office team.

From helping a new hire feel welcomed on day one to troubleshooting an HRIS question, coordinating an employee event, or finding a smarter way to streamline an HR process, your work will directly contribute to a positive employee experience.

If you’re someone who is organized, curious, service-minded, comfortable with technology, and excited to grow your HR career, we’d love to meet you.

  • Coordinate food and logistics for company events and assist with event setup and breakdown.
  • Help roll out culture initiatives across the Griswold franchise network by creating useful resources, templates, and communications.

HR Systems, Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Support HR reporting, audits, compliance, and data integrity.
