Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, screening, and on-boarding of caregivers

• Maintain and update employee files and HR databases

• Ensure compliance with state and company HR policies

• Coordinate orientation, training sessions and continuing education

• Track employee credentials and renewal deadlines

• Support payroll preparation and timekeeping systems

• Help with employee recognition and retention initiatives

• Provide administrative support to the HR and leadership team

Ideal Candidate:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented and dependable

Previous HR experience and/or new graduate

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HR software

Passionate about helping others and making a difference in the community
