We are seeking a dynamic individual to help drive public relations initiatives, lead digital advertising campaigns, and manage external marketing vendors. 

What we will expect from you: 

  • Public Relations
    • Develop and execute strategic public relations initiatives to enhance brand awareness and media presence.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to craft press releases, media kits, and pitches.
    • Serve as the liaison for media inquiries and speaking opportunities.
    • Track and report on marketing performance metrics across PR and paid channels
  • Advertising
    • Strategically plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and other paid campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
    • Serve as a liaison between the vendor and franchisees with the advertising campaigns, ensuring campaign alignment with brand standards and local objectives.
    • Spearheaded cross-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and web to elevate brand awareness and drive engagement.
    • Continuously review performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage and nurture relationships with marketing vendors and external partners, ensuring timely deliverables and budget alignment.
    • Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Assist with Social Media Management
    • Assist with strategy for multiple social media channels, including corporate, franchise, franchise development, and Jean Griswold Foundation
      • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, GBP
    • Support franchise network & COs with social media strategy and execution
    • Monitor, measure, and report on social media programs
  • Continuously seeks out training and personal professional development opportunities.
  • Receive and assign tickets to appropriate marketing team members, including self
  • Research, respond and close out marketing tickets assigned to self
  • Attend and provide support at the National Conference and other events.

You will be successful in the role if you: 

  • Have 5 or more years of experience in marketing or a related field 

  • Experience within a franchise or multi-location business is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (ex: SOCi, GatherUp, Constant Contact).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Substantial knowledge of marketing and advertising campaigns, especially social media advertising.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing and digital advertising campaigns

  • Creative, imaginative, inventive, and original

  • Works autonomously and takes initiative

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent ability to adapt and succeed in fluid environments.
