Caregiver Recruiter/Care Coordinator

Are you an organized, compassionate professional with a passion for helping kupuna (seniors) and ohana (families)? Griswold Home Care for Oahu is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter/Care Coordinator to match clients with caregivers, manage full-cycle recruitment, and support our care team. If you are interested in enhancing the lives of people in our community, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard care staff to ensure a great cultural fit.
• Build strong relationships and match clients with caregivers.
• Manage scheduling, retention visits, and compliance with regulations.
• Support Administrator with payroll and billing, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide ongoing support and recognition to caregivers and office team.

What You Bring:

• Associate degree in Human Services, HR, or related field (preferred), and/or;
• Experience in home care, scheduling, or recruitment (a plus).
• Excellent people, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word) and software systems.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
