Care Coordinator at Griswold Home Care (Shrewsbury, MA)
Griswold Home Care is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and caregivers, managing on-boarding, scheduling, employee files, and ensuring excellent service. If you're passionate about helping seniors and want to make a positive impact, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete background checks
- Maintain organized employee files
- Assist with scheduling shifts and filling open positions
- Handle client inquiries and ensure proper paperwork is completed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
- Rotate on-call duties for continuous care
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (GED) required; HR or staffing experience preferred
- Caregiving experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Travel Requirement:
Please note that some travel may be required, especially for training, which is conducted at our Needham, MA office.
