Griswold Home Care is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and caregivers, managing on-boarding, scheduling, employee files, and ensuring excellent service. If you're passionate about helping seniors and want to make a positive impact, we’d love to meet you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete background checks
  • Maintain organized employee files
  • Assist with scheduling shifts and filling open positions
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure proper paperwork is completed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
  • Rotate on-call duties for continuous care

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (GED) required; HR or staffing experience preferred
  • Caregiving experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
