After Hours Scheduler (remote)

Griswold Home Care is seeking a dedicated and reliable After Hours Scheduler to join our team! This is a remote position where you will be responsible for managing scheduling needs for clients and caregivers during after-hours. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling for clients and caregivers during after-hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Ensure seamless communication between clients, caregivers, and office staff.
• Address urgent scheduling requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all after-hours communication and scheduling.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and caregivers during after-hours.
• Follow protocols for handling emergencies or urgent situations.

Schedule:

• This position requires alternating schedules:
• Weekdays 5pm to 11:00pm.
• Weekends be available starting as early a 6am if necessary.
  • Week 1: Work Thursday Friday Saturday
  • Week 2: Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday,
• Must be available for shift coverage during evenings and weekends.
• Paid a minimum number of 10 hours per weekly shift, even if only a couple hours are worked.
• Possibility of 20 hours per week if wanting to do both shifts.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the home care industry an asset
• CNA certification asset
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in scheduling or customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using scheduling and communication software.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for remote work.
• Availability to work evening shifts and weekends as required.
