Description
The referral coordinator plays a key role in the daily operations of our office. Be ready for a fast-paced environment with heavy phone interaction, a lot of multi-tasking, and to love the relationships you'll be building with our clients and caregivers. Previous experience in home care is preferred. 

Essential Functions

• Assist clientele with caregiver referrals based on their requested services needs
• Develop strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
• Participate in the caregiver recruitment and screening process.
• Conduct telephone intakes with new and/or potential clients.
• Perform initial home visit with potential clients to explain referral services, and obtain signed intake document as needed.
• Participate in internal audits of files to meet all company, state, and federal quality and compliance standards.
• Complete marketing home visits with new/existing clients as needed.
• Required to be on-call on a rotating basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Intermediate level of computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation is needed 
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and driving record is required.
