Position: Office Administrator/Team Developer
Location: Wilmington, NC
Pay: $22 - $25 per hour for candidates with Home Care Industry experience

As an Office Administrator/Team Developer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping us provide seamless care and support to clients and caregivers alike. This is more than just a job; it’s a chance to be part of something bigger, with a team that values growth, compassion, and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming voice on our phones, assisting clients, caregivers, and visitors.
- Manage day-to-day office tasks like scheduling, emails, and record-keeping.
- Support the onboarding of new team members, ensuring they feel supported and excited from day one.
- Handle billing, insurance invoicing, and payroll with detail and precision.
- Work alongside our Care Coordinator to support scheduling and daily communication with caregivers.
- Coordinate employee recognition and corrective action programs, celebrating our team’s successes.
- Help organize events, training, and staff meetings, creating a positive team atmosphere.
- Occasionally fill in when caregivers call out or assist with client introductions.
- Join our on-call rotation one week per month, supporting our team and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as an office administrator, assistant, or similar role (home care experience is a bonus!).
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills—keep the wheels turning!
- Friendly communication skills, plus proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and discreet, especially with financial and HR matters.
- A positive team player ready to support and grow with us.
