At Griswold Home Care, we are looking for dedicated individuals to fill a full-time Live-In Caregiver role at our Mesquite location. Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Providing personal care to clients such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health and well-being
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for the client
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families
- Communicating effectively with the Griswold Home Care team to provide updates and important information about clients
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of  2-3 years of experience in a healthcare or caregiver role preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- MUST PASS DRUG SCREENING AND BACKGROUND CHECK
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
- Flexible schedule, including availability for overnight shifts and weekends
- Must be physically able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time
