As a RN Administrator, you'll play a vital role in overseeing non-medical client cases and performing ongoing care education for our non-medical caregivers. Griswold is expanding to a new location in the Chapel-Hill and Durham area. We are seeking a candidate who can begin with flexible hours, then transition to part-time, and eventually move to a full-time position.

What we expect from you:
- Foster strong relationships with clients, their families and caregivers
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure care plan is appropriate and caregivers have the right skillset to perform needed tasks.
- Responsible for client care monitoring every 2-3 days and communication with other appropriate team members and supervisors.
- This includes a visit to the client’s home to assess any change in the client’s requested services, a revision of the care plan to reflect any change, a documented review of the updated care plan with the caregivers, and the evaluation of the satisfaction of care by the client and/or family of client.
- Collaborate closely with Client Care Specialists and Talent Specialists for a supportive environment.

You will be successful in the role if you:
- The RN must be a registered nurse (RN) in good standing holding a BS degree in Nursing OR a registered nurse (RN) in good standing having three (2) years combined public health nursing and progressive professional responsibilities in public health nursing.
- Previous experience in the home care industry or working with seniors as main patient population is a plus.
- Ability to pass all hiring criteria as defined by Griswold standards and/or state regulations, along with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and valid car insurance.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and alternate from stationary to traverse positions often and for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility for potential weekend or evening hours for special events.
- Strong verbal, written skills, and people skills
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong desire to help others and ambition to grow with the company
- Creative problem-solving skills as well as organized and detail oriented
