Griswold Home Care is seeking an experienced Home Care Manager to lead our soon-to-open Bucks County office. This leadership role oversees caregivers, scheduling, compliance, and client care while driving efficiency and growth. Training will take place at our Blue Bell, PA headquarters until the Bucks County office is licensed.

Compensation

$60,000 – $70,000 annually


What You’ll Do

  • Launch and manage operations for our new Bucks County office.

  • Oversee caregiver supervision, scheduling, and client services to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • Drive service excellence and client satisfaction through strong leadership.

  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing caregiving team.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.

  • Analyze data to improve processes and support business growth.

  • Build relationships with clients, families, and community partners.

  • Manage budgets and maintain financial sustainability.

  • Participate in the on-call rotation.

What Makes You Successful

  • Proven experience in home care, healthcare, or service-industry operations management.

  • Strong leadership with a results-oriented, problem-solving mindset.

  • Knowledge of scheduling systems, compliance regulations, and process improvement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Meets all hiring and state regulatory requirements, with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
