Job Type: Full-Time | PM Shift (Afternoon to Evening) mon-fri 12pm-8pm / sat 830am-5pm
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Griffin Ford is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented PM Detailer to join our team. As part of our service department, you'll play a key role in delivering top-quality vehicle presentation for our customers and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior and interior vehicle cleaning including wash, wax, vacuuming, and detailing

• Maintain cleanliness of dealership vehicles and lot vehicles

• Operate pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and other detailing equipment

• Ensure completed vehicles meet quality and cleanliness standards

• Support service team with vehicle movement and lot organization

• Work efficiently and safely during PM hours

• Follow all dealership safety and cleanliness protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Previous detailing or car wash experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to stand, bend, and move vehicles for extended periods

Schedule:

• Afternoon to evening shifts

• Full-time availability preferred

• Weekend rotation required
