Automotive Service BDC Agent

Gresham Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Service BDC Agent to join our service team. If you're a strong communicator, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced customer-driven environment, especially with call center experience, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries promptly and professionally

• Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work

• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed or declined visits

• Conduct outbound calls to support service campaigns, maintenance reminders, and customer retention efforts

• Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM/DMS

• Communicate clearly with service advisors and management to ensure smooth handoffs

• Answer customer questions related to scheduling, service hours, and dealership processes

• Deliver a positive, professional experience at every customer touchpoint

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred

• Excellent phone skills and confident verbal and written communication

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Process-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently

• Comfortable working with CRM and DMS systems

• Computer literate with solid basic computer skills

• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
