About Us

At Greenville Automotive Group, we are looking for a dependable, experienced Automotive Technician to join our used vehicle and general repair operation.

This position is ideal for someone who is a strong all-around mechanic, enjoys working on a variety of makes and models, and takes pride in getting vehicles inspected, repaired, and back on the road quickly and correctly.

You do not have to be a Master Technician or have years of factory certifications to be valuable in our shop.

What matters most is that you know your way around a vehicle, can identify problems accurately, can complete repairs efficiently, and are dependable enough for your team to count on you.

If you are currently working in an independent repair shop, tire store, dealership, fleet operation, or similar environment and are looking for a better long-term opportunity, we want to talk to you.

A Pay Plan Built for Technicians

Most shops make technicians choose between the security of hourly pay and the earning potential of flat rate.

We don’t.

At Greenville Automotive Group, our technicians earn an hourly base rate for the time they are at work PLUS additional production pay for every flagged hour they turn.

That means you are compensated for being here and rewarded even more for producing.

Your individual hourly base rate and flag-hour production rate are determined by your experience, skill level, certifications, and overall ability.

The Formula Is Simple:

Hourly Base Pay + Overtime When Applicable + Flag-Hour Production Pay

If the shop slows down, a part is delayed, or a repair takes longer than expected, you are not simply sitting around unpaid.

And when you produce more, you earn more.

You get the security of hourly pay with the earning potential of production-based compensation.

Why Join Greenville Automotive Group?

You do not have to be a factory Master Technician to build a great career in automotive repair.

Some of the best technicians are simply people who have spent years learning how vehicles work, know how to diagnose a problem, know how to fix it, and show up every day ready to work.

That is the kind of person we are looking for.

At Greenville Automotive Group, we also believe your paycheck should not depend entirely on circumstances outside your control.

That is why our compensation plan combines hourly base pay with additional flag-hour production pay.

You receive the stability of being paid for the time you are at work while still having the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on what you produce.

If you’re dependable, mechanically strong, comfortable working on different makes and models, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to talk to you.
