Practice Manager

Greensboro Dental is a busy, patient-focused family and general dental practice in Greensboro, NC. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality care while maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment, and we're looking for an experienced practice manager to help lead the way!

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of dental experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance, benefit breakdowns, and treatment planning
• Proven leadership experience 
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with patients and staff

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the team while fostering a collaborative, accountable culture
• Manage insurance verification, benefit breakdowns, and co-pay collections
• Optimize the schedule and present treatment plans to patients
• Partner with the Regional Director to identify and resolve any operational challenges
