Position Summary

Greeley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a results-driven and highly organized Commercial Fleet Manager to lead and grow our fleet and commercial sales division. This role is responsible for developing relationships with local businesses, managing fleet accounts, and driving revenue through strategic prospecting, customer retention, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and commercial clients
• Identify new fleet sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and community engagement
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to delivery and follow-up
• Coordinate vehicle upfitting, customization, and delivery timelines to meet client needs
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, deals, and pipeline activity in CRM
• Work closely with finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to stay competitive
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, legal requirements, and manufacturer programs
• Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive sales experience, with fleet or commercial sales required. CDJR experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with commercial clients, government contracts, or fleet programs
• Knowledge of vehicle upfitting and commercial vehicle applications
• Established local business network in Northern Colorado
