Experienced General Motors Service Manager

Description of the role:

Pocono Mountains Pa. General Motors Dealer is seeking an Experienced General Motors Service Manager to join our team at The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, specifically with General Motors vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the service department
• Ensure efficient and timely repairs and maintenance of General Motors vehicles
• Supervise technicians and provide training and support
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service

Requirements:

• Must Have prior experience in New Car Dealer Automotive Service Management, preferably with General Motors vehicles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components
