About the Job
Join Gray-Daniels Ford Lincoln as a Service Support Staff team member and help deliver an outstanding service experience. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our service department by transporting customers, assisting with clerical work, and helping ensure the department runs smoothly.

Service Support Staff Responsibilities

Drive customers to and from the dealership in a timely and courteous manner

Assist with scheduling and coordinating customer transportation

Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Maintain a clean and organized service area

Assist with light custodial duties and dealership errands

Follow all dealership policies and safety procedures
Service Support Staff Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic computer knowledge and clerical experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

Availability to work during regular dealership business hours
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $13 hourly wage
Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours; Monday–Saturday rotation may apply
