What You’ll Do

• Oversee meal planning, preparation, and delivery to ensure alignment with dietetic standards and individualized nutrition care plans
• Monitor resident and patient intake, tolerance, and satisfaction; collaborate with care teams to address nutritional needs
• Provide nutrition education and serve as a resource for dietary questions, special diets, and modifications
• Ensure dietary services support interdisciplinary care planning and meet all regulatory and safety standards
• Support Dietary Services operations and staff management, including hiring, onboarding, and performance oversight

Who We’re Looking For

• A Registered Dietitian (RD) with a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or a related field, maintaining active credentials and continuing education requirements
• At least two years of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting (preferred)
• A compassionate professional skilled in geriatric nutrition counseling who can connect with patients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds
• A strong communicator who can educate, collaborate, and build trusted relationships with patients, providers, and care teams
• Someone who thrives in both clinical and operational spaces, with the ability to manage documentation, problem-solve, and maintain quality and compliance standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, staying calm under pressure and adapting as needed
• Willingness to become proficient in EMR and internal systems within six months of hire
• Must have an American Heart Association approved BLS card within 3 months of initial employment and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment.

Our total rewards package includes

Pay Range: $37.48 -$42.95 /hour (based on experience) 

• Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
