What You’ll Do

As the Manager of Clinical Informatics, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of clinical informatics while working alongside the team to support, optimize, and improve GRH’s EHR and clinical applications.

  • Lead and support Clinical Informatics Analysts through work assignment, coaching, performance management, and day-to-day team oversight.
  • Participate hands-on in EHR and clinical application build, configuration, testing, optimization, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with clinical leaders and end users to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate operational needs into effective system solutions.
  • Coordinate end-user training, system changes, upgrades, and new implementations while maintaining clear documentation and supporting successful adoption.
  • Monitor application performance, data integrity, regulatory requirements, service metrics, and project deliverables while collaborating with Digital Information Services and organizational leadership.
  • Perform a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

 

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a hands-on clinical informatics professional who understands healthcare workflows and can support both the people and technology behind effective patient care.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and directly relevant experience will be considered.
  • Five or more years of experience in clinical informatics, EHR support, or healthcare information technology, including hands-on application configuration and end-user support.
  • One to two years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
  • Experience with Epic EHR build and configuration in at least one clinical area, such as ambulatory, inpatient, emergency, or ancillary services, preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to translate clinical workflows and operational needs into effective technology solutions.

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
