What You’ll Do

As the Manager of Data and Analytics, you’ll build and lead GRH’s enterprise data function while turning complex data into reliable, actionable information that supports clinical, operational, and administrative decisions.

  • Lead data governance, stewardship, architecture, conversion, reporting, and analytics across GRH.
  • Develop and maintain data standards and processes that promote accuracy, integrity, security, and effective data use.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as Epic Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Radar Dashboards, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Lead data and reporting projects while partnering with Digital Information Services and leaders across the organization.
  • Serve as GRH’s primary data steward and strategic partner to the CDIO in advancing data infrastructure and organizational performance.
  • Perform a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

 

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced data and analytics leader who can combine technical expertise with healthcare knowledge to build a strong, reliable data function at GRH.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in data management, business intelligence, data governance, or healthcare analytics, including at least two years in a lead, senior, or supervisory role. Healthcare experience required.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, data stewardship, governance, and data quality management required; experience with healthcare data conversion or EHR migration preferred.
  • Experience with MEDITECH Expanse, Epic reporting tools such as Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, or Caboodle/Clarity, and/or Microsoft Power BI preferred. Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leaders and internal customers, with flexibility to be on-site for key projects and occasional availability outside standard business hours when needed. A hybrid arrangement may be considered after onboarding, subject to CDIO approval.

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
