What You’ll Do
- Clean, test, adjust, assemble and sterilize reusable medical supplies, instruments and equipment.
- Stores and distributes patient care medical instruments and equipment to hospital units, stocks medical supply storage areas.
- Performs, analyzes and documents sterilizer functions, tests vacuums, chemical and biological indicators, evaluates and inspects equipment, answers telephones, handles face to face interactions with patients and hospital personnel.
- Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For
- Six months’ experience in a medical setting preferred.
- Must have a current American Heart Association approved BLS card within three months of hire and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment.
- Graduate of certified Central Service Technician program or previous experience as Sterile Processing Technician preferred.
- Familiarity with hospital supplies, equipment, instruments preferred.\
What We Offer
Our total rewards package includes
- Pay Range: $XXX/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends
- PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
