What You'll Do

You'll provide hands-on patient care and clinical support under the direction of medical providers and the nursing team. In this role, you'll help ensure patients receive compassionate care, accurate assessments, and appropriate follow-up throughout their healthcare experience.

  • Welcome patients, manage check-in, answer multi-line phones, and direct calls and messages appropriately.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily care while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity.
  • Obtain vital signs, perform assigned procedures, and support providers with patient care needs.
  • Communicate with patients regarding questions, concerns, and care instructions.
  • Support the nursing team by completing clinical tasks and maintaining efficient patient flow.
  • Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and public health guidelines while contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant who is dedicated to providing excellent patient care while supporting providers and the nursing team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively while managing multiple priorities in a clinical setting.

  • Current DORA Colorado Certified Nurse Aide license required; completion of Medical Terminology coursework and two years of patient care experience preferred.
  • Current American Heart Association approved BLS certification required upon hire and maintained throughout employment.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assisting with patient care, obtaining vital signs, and accurately documenting information.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing electronic health record systems and other healthcare technology.

What We Offer
Our total rewards package includes:

  • Pay range: $20.43 - $25.52/ hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Differentials: $2-$4/ hour for nights and weekends
  • PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
