Shift Details:
This is an as-needed shift (PRN)

What You’ll Do
 As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our long-term care environment, you’ll be an essential part of our patient care team, helping residents with daily living activities and supporting our nursing staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal care tasks
  • Supporting implementation of care plans and resident programs
  • Coordinating with nurses and departments to ensure seamless care
  • Documenting patient information and reporting to supervisors
  • Responding to patient needs and providing compassionate service

Who We’re Looking For

  • Active Colorado CNA license
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 2 years of CNA experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay: $19.50 - $30.19/hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends
  • PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
