What You'll Do

• Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Identify needs through active listening and product knowledge
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Guide customers through the entire purchase experience
• Follow up with leads and past customers by phone, text, and video using VinSolutions
• Stay current on models, trims, and technology
• Keep documentation accurate and compliant
• Attend weekly sales meetings, trainings, and community events

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic focused on integrity and teamwork
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor

No automotive experience? No problem. Sales experience is preferred, but we hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability.
