What You'll Do

• Own the parts sale from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing
• Work with the Parts Manager to locate parts not in stock and place special orders
• Keep customers updated on order status and notify them when parts arrive
• Back up the counter and stocking roles as needed
• Communicate with teammates and customers in a friendly, professional way
• Follow all safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A customer-first attitude and the drive to learn
• Strong organization and time management in a fast-paced setting
• Comfort with computers and technology
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Auto parts experience is a plus, but not required
