What You'll Do

• Connect with customers in person, over the phone, and online.
• Guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying experience, from their first interaction to handing over the keys.
• Develop a strong understanding of our Chevrolet and GMC lineup, along with our selection of pre-owned vehicles.
• Identify customer needs and help them find the right vehicle.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and confidently guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Work with your team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
