What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and gather customer and vehicle information
• Clearly document all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
• Prepare complete, accurate labor and parts estimates
• Set follow-up times, track each vehicle's progress, and update customers frequently
• Verify the final invoice matches the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience as a dealership Service Advisor
• Automotive knowledge
• A positive attitude and high-volume mentality
• A CSI-focused, customer-first approach
